Effective 1 July 2026 · MAJAM 117 SAS, trading as Tennis Network

These Membership Terms ("Terms") govern access to and use of Tennis Network and constitute a legally binding agreement between MAJAM 117 SAS ("Tennis Network", "TN", "we", "our" or "us") and every individual or entity applying for, accessing or using the Platform.

By creating an account, submitting an application for membership or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

1.1 Purpose

Tennis Network is a private membership platform designed exclusively for verified professionals operating within the international professional tennis ecosystem.

Its purpose is to facilitate professional networking, collaboration, recruitment, information sharing and career opportunities between verified members while maintaining a secure, trusted and professional environment.

Unlike public social networks or general marketplaces, Tennis Network operates as a curated membership platform. Membership is subject to eligibility requirements and successful completion of the verification procedures established by Tennis Network.

1.2 Contractual Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement governing your access to and use of Tennis Network.

By creating an account, applying for membership or accessing any part of the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with MAJAM 117 SAS.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue the registration process and refrain from accessing or using the Platform.

1.3 Incorporated Policies

The following policies form an integral part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference:

  • Privacy Policy
  • KYC & Verification Policy
  • Cookie Policy
  • Community Guidelines
  • Subscription Terms
  • any additional policies or guidelines expressly published by Tennis Network.

In the event of any inconsistency, these Membership Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

1.4 Amendments

Tennis Network may update these Terms from time to time in order to:

  • comply with applicable laws or regulations;
  • improve the Platform;
  • introduce new services or functionalities;
  • strengthen security or verification procedures;
  • protect the integrity of the Tennis Network community.

The updated version will become effective on the date indicated within the revised Terms.

Where legally required or where the changes materially affect Members' rights or obligations, Tennis Network will provide reasonable notice before the revised Terms take effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.5 Nature of Membership

Membership of Tennis Network is a privilege and not a right.

Access to the Platform is granted exclusively to individuals and organisations satisfying Tennis Network's eligibility and verification requirements.

Acceptance of a membership application remains entirely at Tennis Network's discretion.

Submission of an application does not create any entitlement to membership.

Verification does not constitute certification, endorsement, accreditation or recommendation by Tennis Network.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply.

2.1 Account

The personal digital account created by a Member allowing access to the Platform.

2.2 Applicant

Any individual or organisation applying to become a Member of Tennis Network.

2.3 Brand

A commercial entity involved in the tennis industry, including manufacturers, sponsors, equipment suppliers, apparel companies, technology companies and other commercial partners approved by Tennis Network.

2.4 Collaboration

Any professional relationship established between Members through or following interactions on the Platform, whether paid or unpaid, temporary or permanent.

2.5 Community

The collective group of verified Members authorised to access Tennis Network.

2.6 Content

Any information uploaded, published, transmitted or otherwise made available through the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • text;
  • photographs;
  • videos;
  • documents;
  • reviews;
  • comments;
  • ratings;
  • profile information;
  • messages;
  • logos;
  • graphics.

2.7 Identity Verification

The process through which Tennis Network verifies an Applicant's identity using official identification documents and any additional verification methods deemed appropriate.

2.8 KYC

Know Your Customer procedures implemented by Tennis Network to verify the identity and legitimacy of Applicants.

2.9 Member

Any individual or legal entity whose application has been accepted by Tennis Network and whose membership remains active.

2.10 Membership

The contractual relationship between Tennis Network and an approved Member.

2.11 Platform

The Tennis Network website, mobile applications, software, databases, communication systems, services and any future products operated by Tennis Network.

2.12 Professional Verification

The process by which Tennis Network assesses whether an Applicant genuinely belongs to the professional tennis ecosystem.

Professional verification may rely upon documentary evidence, professional references, publicly available information, previous collaborations, official tournament credentials or any other information considered relevant by Tennis Network.

2.13 Professional Experience

Any professional activity, employment, collaboration, tournament participation or other experience claimed by a Member within their profile.

2.14 Services

All functionalities made available by Tennis Network, including current and future services.

2.15 Subscription

A paid membership plan providing access to certain categories of Membership or additional Platform functionalities.

2.16 Tennis Advisor

The section of the Platform allowing Members to publish and consult reviews, ratings and professional information relating to tournaments, facilities, accommodation, logistics and other tennis-related services.

2.17 User Content

Any Content submitted by a Member through the Platform.

2.18 Verification

The collective process of Identity Verification and Professional Verification conducted by Tennis Network.

2.19 Verified Member

A Member whose identity and professional eligibility have been successfully verified by Tennis Network.

2.20 We, Our, Us

MAJAM 117 SAS, operating under the commercial name Tennis Network.

2.21 You, Your

Any Applicant, Member or person accessing or using the Platform.

3. Eligibility

3.1 General Eligibility

Tennis Network is a private professional membership platform. Access is restricted to individuals and organisations genuinely involved in the professional tennis ecosystem.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Applicants must satisfy all eligibility and verification requirements established by Tennis Network.

3.2 Minimum Age

Applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Applicants under the age of eighteen may only be admitted where expressly authorised by Tennis Network and where all required parental or legal guardian consents have been obtained in accordance with applicable law.

3.3 Legal Capacity

Applicants must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to them.

Where an application is submitted on behalf of a legal entity, the individual submitting the application warrants that they are duly authorised to represent that entity.

3.4 Eligible Categories

Subject to successful verification, Tennis Network may admit, among others:

  • Professional Players
  • Tennis Coaches
  • Fitness Trainers
  • Physiotherapists
  • Mental Coaches
  • Hitting Partners
  • Stringers
  • Agents
  • Managers
  • Academies
  • Federations
  • Tournament Organisations
  • Brands
  • Other professionals whose activities are directly connected to professional tennis.

Admission remains subject to Tennis Network's sole discretion.

3.5 Restricted Access

Tennis Network reserves the right to refuse applications from individuals or organisations that do not sufficiently demonstrate a genuine connection with the professional tennis industry.

Membership is intended exclusively for professionals.

The Platform is not designed for recreational tennis players, amateur coaches, fans or members of the general public unless expressly authorised by Tennis Network.

3.6 Geographic Availability

Membership may not be available in certain countries or territories due to legal, regulatory or operational restrictions.

Tennis Network reserves the right to restrict or prohibit access where required by applicable law or international sanctions.

3.7 Ongoing Eligibility

Members must continue to satisfy Tennis Network's eligibility requirements throughout their membership.

Loss of professional eligibility may result in additional verification requests, suspension or termination of Membership.

4. Membership Application

4.1 Application Process

Applicants must complete the registration process designated by Tennis Network.

The application process may include:

  • creation of an account;
  • submission of personal information;
  • submission of professional information;
  • identity verification;
  • professional verification;
  • supporting documentation;
  • references or sponsorships;
  • payment of applicable Membership fees.

Completion of the application process does not constitute acceptance.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

Applicants must ensure that all information provided is:

  • accurate;
  • complete;
  • truthful;
  • current.

Applicants must not omit information that could influence the verification process.

Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 One Membership Per Person

Unless expressly authorised by Tennis Network, each individual may maintain only one personal Membership.

Creating multiple personal accounts for the purpose of circumventing Platform rules, verification procedures or subscription requirements is prohibited.

4.4 Organisational Accounts

Legal entities may maintain organisational Memberships where such Membership category is offered by Tennis Network.

The organisation remains responsible for all activities carried out through its account.

4.5 Account Security

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Members must immediately notify Tennis Network of any suspected unauthorised access or security breach.

Tennis Network shall not be liable for losses resulting from a Member's failure to adequately protect their credentials.

4.6 Membership Is Personal

Personal Memberships are strictly personal.

Members may not:

  • transfer;
  • assign;
  • sell;
  • lend;
  • lease;
  • share

their Membership or allow another individual to access the Platform using their credentials.

4.7 Right to Refuse Membership

Tennis Network reserves the unrestricted right to refuse any application for Membership.

Except where required by law, Tennis Network shall not be obliged to disclose the reasons supporting its decision.

No compensation shall be payable following the refusal of an application.

5. Identity & Professional Verification

VERIFICATION

5.1 Purpose

Verification is a fundamental element of Tennis Network.

It exists to protect Members, preserve the integrity of the Platform and reduce fraudulent or misleading professional representations.

5.2 Identity Verification

Applicants may be required to provide one or more official identity documents, including but not limited to:

  • passport;
  • national identity card;
  • residence permit;
  • driving licence where accepted by Tennis Network.

Tennis Network may request additional documentation whenever considered reasonably necessary.

5.3 Professional Verification

Applicants must demonstrate that they genuinely belong to the professional tennis ecosystem.

Depending on the Membership category, Tennis Network may consider:

  • tournament accreditations;
  • employment contracts;
  • federation licences;
  • official rankings;
  • tournament participation;
  • coaching history;
  • publicly available professional information;
  • professional references;
  • sponsorships by existing Members;
  • official websites;
  • social media consistency;
  • previous collaborations;
  • any additional supporting evidence.

Verification criteria may differ between Membership categories.

5.4 Additional Verification

Tennis Network may request supplementary information or documentation at any stage before or after approval.

Failure to provide requested information within the specified timeframe may result in suspension or rejection of the application.

5.5 Verification Methods

Verification may be conducted using:

  • manual review;
  • automated verification technologies;
  • publicly available databases;
  • third-party verification providers;
  • fraud detection systems;
  • direct communication with relevant organisations or individuals where appropriate.

Applicants acknowledge that verification methods may evolve over time.

5.6 No Obligation to Approve

Successful submission of documentation does not guarantee approval.

Verification decisions remain entirely at the discretion of Tennis Network.

5.7 Continuing Verification

Verification is an ongoing process.

Tennis Network may periodically request updated documents or conduct additional verification where necessary to maintain the reliability of the Platform.

5.8 False Information

Submission of false, altered, forged or misleading documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

Where such conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, Tennis Network may immediately:

  • reject the application;
  • suspend the account;
  • terminate Membership;
  • remove profile information;
  • cancel verification status;
  • prohibit future applications;
  • report the matter to competent authorities where required or appropriate.

5.9 Impersonation

Applicants and Members must not impersonate another individual or organisation.

Creating an account using another person's identity or professional credentials is strictly prohibited.

5.10 Verification Badge

Verification by Tennis Network confirms only that the Member has successfully completed Tennis Network's verification procedures.

It does not constitute:

  • certification;
  • endorsement;
  • recommendation;
  • guarantee of competence;
  • guarantee of professional quality;
  • guarantee of future conduct.

Members remain solely responsible for their own professional decisions and collaborations.

6. Membership Categories

6.1 Membership Structure

Tennis Network offers different Membership categories reflecting the diversity of the professional tennis ecosystem.

Each category may benefit from specific functionalities, verification requirements, subscription plans and eligibility criteria.

Membership categories may evolve as the Platform develops.

6.2 Individual Members

Individual Memberships may include, among others:

  • Professional Players
  • Coaches
  • Fitness Trainers
  • Physiotherapists
  • Mental Coaches
  • Hitting Partners
  • Stringers
  • Agents
  • Managers
  • Other verified professionals approved by Tennis Network.

6.3 Organisational Members

Organisational Memberships may include:

  • Academies
  • Federations
  • Tournament Organisations
  • Brands
  • Other organisations approved by Tennis Network.

6.4 Membership Status

A Member's status may include:

  • Application Pending
  • Verification In Progress
  • Verified
  • Additional Information Requested
  • Suspended
  • Terminated

Tennis Network may modify a Member's status whenever necessary to reflect the progress of the verification process or the Member's compliance with these Terms.

6.5 Change of Membership Category

Members wishing to change their Membership category may be required to complete additional verification procedures and provide supporting documentation.

Tennis Network reserves the right to approve or reject such requests.

6.6 No Right to Membership

Membership of a particular category does not create any vested right to maintain that category.

Tennis Network may modify, suspend or withdraw a Membership category where justified by verification results, changes in professional circumstances or Platform developments.

7. Membership Fees & Subscription

7.1 Paid and Free Memberships

Certain Membership categories may be offered free of charge.

Other categories require payment of a recurring Membership subscription.

Applicable pricing is published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

7.2 Subscription Period

Unless otherwise specified, Membership subscriptions are purchased for a xed subscription period.

Access to paid services remains conditional upon payment of the applicable subscription fees.

7.3 Billing

Members agree to pay all applicable fees associated with their Membership.

All prices displayed by Tennis Network are expressed in the applicable currency indicated during the purchase process.

Taxes may be added where required by law.

7.4 Payment Providers

Payments may be processed through independent third-party payment providers.

Tennis Network does not store complete payment card information.

Use of third-party payment services may also be subject to their own contractual terms.

7.5 Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, paid Memberships may automatically renew for successive subscription periods.

Members may disable automatic renewal at any time through their account settings before the renewal takes effect.

7.6 Failed Payments

Where a payment cannot be successfully processed, Tennis Network may:

  • retry the payment;
  • suspend access to paid services;
  • downgrade the Membership;
  • terminate the Membership after reasonable notice.

7.7 Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by Tennis Network, Membership fees are non-refundable.

Unused time remaining within a subscription period does not give rise to any refund.

7.8 Promotional Offers

From time to time Tennis Network may offer promotional pricing, discounts or complimentary Memberships.

Such offers remain temporary and may be withdrawn at any time.

They create no entitlement to future promotional pricing.

7.9 Price Changes

Tennis Network reserves the right to modify subscription prices.

Price changes shall not affect the current subscription period already paid by the Member.

Any revised pricing shall apply only upon the next renewal or purchase.

8. Acceptable Use

8.1 Professional Purpose

The Platform shall be used exclusively for legitimate professional purposes connected with the international tennis industry.

Members agree to act honestly, respectfully and professionally in all interactions conducted through Tennis Network.

8.2 Compliance with Laws

Members must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and professional obligations when using the Platform.

8.3 Prohibited Conduct

Members shall not, directly or indirectly:

  • provide false or misleading information;
  • impersonate another person or organisation;
  • submit forged or altered documents;
  • create multiple accounts without authorisation;
  • attempt to circumvent verification procedures;
  • attempt to circumvent subscription requirements;
  • misuse another Member's identity;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
  • upload malicious software;
  • collect personal information without authorisation;
  • send spam or unsolicited commercial communications;
  • harass, threaten or intimidate another Member;
  • publish defamatory, abusive or discriminatory content;
  • promote illegal activities;
  • infringe intellectual property rights;
  • use the Platform for fraudulent purposes.

8.4 Professional Integrity

Members must accurately represent:

  • their qualifications;
  • their experience;
  • their professional history;
  • their current professional status.

Professional credibility is a fundamental principle of Tennis Network.

8.5 Respectful Communications

Members agree to communicate in a respectful and professional manner.

Abusive, intimidating, discriminatory, sexually explicit or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.

8.6 Platform Integrity

Members shall not attempt to:

  • reverse engineer the Platform;
  • bypass security measures;
  • scrape data;
  • automate data extraction;
  • interfere with Platform functionality;
  • overload Platform infrastructure;
  • exploit technical vulnerabilities.

8.7 Commercial Misuse

Members shall not use Tennis Network primarily:

  • as a mass advertising platform;
  • for unsolicited commercial prospecting;
  • for deceptive marketing practices;
  • for activities unrelated to the professional tennis ecosystem.

8.8 Reporting Misconduct

Members are encouraged to report suspected fraud, abuse or violations of these Terms.

Reports should be made in good faith.

Knowingly submitting false reports may itself constitute a breach of these Terms.

8.9 Cooperation

Members agree to cooperate with reasonable requests made by Tennis Network during investigations relating to fraud, security incidents or alleged breaches of these Terms.

Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or termination of Membership.

9. Professional Profiles

9.1 Profile Accuracy

Members are responsible for ensuring that all information published on their professional profile is accurate, complete and kept up to date.

Information must reflect the Member's genuine professional background and current situation.

9.2 Professional Experience

Members may only claim professional experiences that are truthful and capable of being substantiated.

Tennis Network reserves the right to request supporting evidence for any professional experience displayed on a Member's profile.

Where verification cannot be completed, Tennis Network may remove or amend the relevant information.

9.3 Profile Updates

Members agree to promptly update their profile whenever significant changes occur, including but not limited to:

  • professional role;
  • current team;
  • coaching status;
  • employer;
  • organisation;
  • availability;
  • country of residence;
  • contact information.

9.4 Availability Status

Where available, Members may indicate their professional availability through the tools provided by Tennis Network.

Availability indicators are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute any commitment to accept future collaborations.

9.5 Profile Visibility

Certain profile information may be visible only to verified Members or restricted according to the Member's privacy settings and Membership category.

Tennis Network reserves the right to determine which information is mandatory for the proper functioning of the Platform.

9.6 Verification Indicators

Verification indicators displayed on the Platform solely confirm that the relevant verification procedures have been completed.

They shall not be interpreted as an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee regarding a Member's competence, reputation or suitability.

9.7 Profile Removal or Modification

Tennis Network may remove, modify or temporarily hide any profile information that:

  • appears inaccurate;
  • cannot be verified;
  • breaches these Terms;
  • infringes applicable law;
  • creates a risk for other Members or for the integrity of the Platform.

10. Communications & Messaging

10.1 Messaging Services

Where messaging functionality is available, Members may communicate through the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

Messaging services are provided solely to facilitate legitimate professional interactions.

10.2 Professional Conduct

Members shall communicate respectfully and professionally at all times.

The following conduct is prohibited:

  • harassment;
  • intimidation;
  • threats;
  • discriminatory language;
  • abusive behaviour;
  • unwanted repeated contact;
  • sexually explicit communications;
  • fraudulent solicitations.

10.3 Spam

Members shall not send unsolicited bulk messages, promotional campaigns or repetitive communications.

Any attempt to use the Platform primarily for mass marketing purposes is prohibited.

10.4 Confidentiality of Communications

Communications between Members are intended to remain private.

However, Members acknowledge that Tennis Network may access communications where reasonably necessary to:

  • investigate reported misconduct;
  • comply with applicable law;
  • respond to lawful requests from competent authorities;
  • protect the safety of Members;
  • enforce these Terms;
  • preserve the security and integrity of the Platform.

Such access shall be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

10.5 Reporting Messages

Members may report conversations or messages that violate these Terms.

Submission of a report authorises Tennis Network to review the reported communications for moderation and enforcement purposes.

10.6 No Monitoring Obligation

Tennis Network is under no obligation to actively monitor all communications exchanged through the Platform.

Failure to detect or remove inappropriate communications shall not create liability for Tennis Network.

11. Tennis Advisor

11.1 Purpose

Tennis Advisor enables Members to share professional feedback and practical information relating to tournaments, facilities and other aspects of the professional tennis environment.

Its purpose is to improve transparency and assist Members in making informed professional decisions.

11.2 Reviews

Members may publish reviews, ratings and comments based solely on their genuine personal experience.

Reviews must be honest, accurate and submitted in good faith.

11.3 Prohibited Reviews

Members shall not publish reviews that:

  • are knowingly false;
  • are misleading;
  • contain defamatory allegations;
  • include insults or abusive language;
  • disclose confidential information;
  • infringe the rights of third parties;
  • are intended to manipulate ratings;
  • are submitted in exchange for payment or other benefits without appropriate disclosure.

11.4 Responsibility

Each Member remains solely responsible for the reviews and ratings they publish.

Tennis Network does not endorse opinions expressed by Members.

11.5 Moderation

Tennis Network reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, moderate, edit, restrict or remove reviews where reasonably necessary to:

  • enforce these Terms;
  • protect Members;
  • comply with legal obligations;
  • prevent abuse of the Platform.

11.6 No Obligation to Publish

Submission of a review does not guarantee publication.

Tennis Network may decline to publish any review that does not satisfy its quality, authenticity or moderation standards.

11.7 Review Integrity

Members shall not attempt to artificially influence ratings or encourage coordinated reviewing activity intended to distort the reliability of Tennis Advisor.

11.8 Historical Information

Reviews reflect the Member's personal experience at a specific point in time.

Tennis Network does not guarantee that the conditions described remain current or continue to exist after publication.

12. User Content

12.1 Ownership

Members retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in the Content they submit to the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of User Content to Tennis Network.

12.2 Licence Granted to Tennis Network

By submitting User Content to the Platform, Members grant Tennis Network a worldwide, non- exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence, for the duration of the applicable intellectual property rights, to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, format, distribute and otherwise use such Content solely for the purposes of:

  • operating the Platform;
  • providing the Services;
  • improving the Platform;
  • verifying information;
  • ensuring security;
  • promoting the functionality of the Platform where appropriate.

This licence automatically ends when the Content is permanently removed from the Platform, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate legal, security or evidentiary purposes.

12.3 Responsibility for User Content

Members are solely responsible for all Content they upload, publish or otherwise make available through the Platform.

Members warrant that:

  • they own the Content or possess all necessary rights to publish it;
  • publication does not infringe the rights of any third party;
  • the Content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

12.4 Prohibited Content

Members shall not upload or publish Content that:

  • is false or misleading;
  • is defamatory;
  • is abusive or threatening;
  • promotes violence or discrimination;
  • infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights;
  • contains malicious software;
  • violates privacy rights;
  • is unlawful;
  • is fraudulent;
  • is pornographic or sexually explicit;
  • promotes gambling, illegal betting or other unlawful activities.

12.5 Removal of Content

Tennis Network may remove, restrict, edit or disable access to any User Content where it reasonably considers that such Content:

  • breaches these Terms;
  • violates applicable law;
  • creates legal risk;
  • threatens the safety or integrity of the Platform;
  • undermines the professional nature of the Community.

12.6 No Obligation to Publish

Submission of Content does not oblige Tennis Network to publish or maintain that Content on the Platform.

12.7 Survival

Where necessary for legal proceedings, dispute resolution, fraud prevention or regulatory compliance, Tennis Network may retain copies of removed Content after its deletion from public view.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1 Ownership of the Platform

The Platform and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by or licensed to MAJAM 117 SAS.

This includes, without limitation:

  • software;
  • databases;
  • source code;
  • interface design;
  • graphics;
  • icons;
  • logos;
  • trademarks;
  • texts;
  • layouts;
  • audiovisual elements;
  • functionalities;
  • algorithms.

13.2 Limited Licence

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Tennis Network grants Members a limited, personal, non- exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred.

13.3 Restrictions

Members shall not:

  • reproduce the Platform;
  • modify the Platform;
  • distribute the Platform;
  • reverse engineer the Platform;
  • decompile the Platform;
  • create derivative works;
  • copy substantial portions of the Platform;
  • exploit the Platform for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.

13.4 Trademarks

"Tennis Network", the Tennis Network logo and all associated branding elements are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No Member may use such trademarks without Tennis Network's prior written consent.

13.5 Feedback

Members may voluntarily submit ideas, suggestions or recommendations relating to the Platform.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Tennis Network may freely use such feedback without restriction or compensation.

14. Privacy & Personal Data

14.1 Privacy Commitment

Tennis Network recognises the importance of protecting personal data and undertakes to process such data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

14.2 Privacy Policy

The collection, use, storage and protection of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

14.3 Verification Data

Members acknowledge that identity documents and verification information may be collected and processed for the purposes of:

  • identity verification;
  • professional verification;
  • fraud prevention;
  • security;
  • compliance with legal obligations.

Such processing is further described in the KYC & Verification Policy.

14.4 Member Responsibilities

Members remain responsible for ensuring that personal data they upload concerning third parties has been lawfully obtained and may lawfully be shared with Tennis Network.

14.5 Security

Tennis Network implements reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

No electronic system can, however, guarantee absolute security.

14.6 International Processing

Where permitted by applicable law, personal data may be processed by authorised service providers located in different jurisdictions.

Appropriate safeguards shall be implemented whenever required.

14.7 Privacy Requests

Members may exercise their applicable privacy rights in accordance with the procedures described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Suspension & Termination

15.1 Suspension

Tennis Network may suspend all or part of a Member's access where it reasonably believes that:

  • these Terms have been breached;
  • verification is no longer satisfactory;
  • additional verification is required;
  • fraudulent activity is suspected;
  • security has been compromised;
  • continued access presents a risk to the Platform or its Members.

Suspension may take immediate effect where necessary.

15.2 Termination by the Member

Members may terminate their Membership at any time by following the procedures made available through the Platform.

Termination does not automatically entitle the Member to a refund of any subscription fees already paid.

15.3 Termination by Tennis Network

Tennis Network may terminate Membership immediately where a Member:

  • submits false information;
  • submits forged documents;
  • impersonates another person;
  • seriously breaches these Terms;
  • engages in fraudulent conduct;
  • endangers the security or integrity of the Platform;
  • repeatedly violates Community standards.

Termination may occur without prior notice where immediate action is justified.

15.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • access to the Platform shall cease;
  • Membership rights shall end;
  • verification status shall be withdrawn;
  • certain information may remain retained where legally required or reasonably necessary.

15.5 Future Applications

Termination does not create any right to future Membership.

Tennis Network may permanently refuse subsequent applications from former Members whose Membership was terminated for serious breaches of these Terms.

15.6 Survival

Any provisions intended by their nature to survive termination shall remain fully effective following the end of the Membership relationship.

16. Disclaimers

16.1 Platform Availability

Tennis Network uses reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Platform.

However, uninterrupted, continuous or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, security measures, software updates or circumstances beyond Tennis Network's reasonable control.

16.2 No Employment Relationship

Tennis Network is a networking platform.

It does not employ, recruit, recommend, supervise or manage Members.

Nothing contained within the Platform shall be interpreted as creating:

  • an employment relationship;
  • an agency relationship;
  • a partnership;
  • a joint venture;
  • a fiduciary relationship

between Tennis Network and any Member.

16.3 No Guarantee of Opportunities

Tennis Network does not guarantee that Members will:

  • obtain employment;
  • secure collaborations;
  • receive offers;
  • find players;
  • find coaches;
  • conclude commercial agreements;
  • generate income through the Platform.

Professional opportunities depend upon numerous factors outside Tennis Network's control.

16.4 No Guarantee Regarding Members

Although Tennis Network implements verification procedures, it cannot guarantee:

  • the competence of any Member;
  • professional performance;
  • honesty;
  • reliability;
  • future conduct;
  • financial solvency;
  • legal compliance.

Members remain solely responsible for conducting their own assessment before entering into any professional relationship.

16.5 Independent Decisions

All professional, financial and contractual decisions made between Members remain their exclusive responsibility.

Tennis Network is not a party to agreements concluded between Members.

16.6 Third-Party Services

The Platform may provide access to third-party services, websites or applications.

Tennis Network neither controls nor assumes responsibility for such third-party services.

Use of those services remains subject to their own contractual terms and privacy policies.

16.7 Information Accuracy

Information published on the Platform is primarily provided by Members.

While Tennis Network seeks to maintain a reliable environment, it cannot guarantee that all information remains complete, accurate or up to date at all times.

17. Limitation of Liability

17.1 General Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tennis Network shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

  • use of the Platform;
  • inability to access the Platform;
  • interactions between Members;
  • professional collaborations;
  • loss of opportunities;
  • loss of revenue;
  • reputational damage;
  • business interruption;
  • loss of data.

17.2 Member Relationships

Tennis Network is not responsible for disputes arising between Members.

Members remain solely responsible for negotiating, entering into and performing any professional relationship established through the Platform.

17.3 External Events

Tennis Network shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters;
  • armed conflicts;
  • government actions;
  • cyberattacks;
  • telecommunications failures;
  • internet outages;
  • labour disputes.

17.4 Maximum Liability

Where Tennis Network is found liable, its aggregate liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees actually paid by the relevant Member during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. Indemnification

Members agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Tennis Network, MAJAM 117 SAS, its directors, officers, employees, contractors and representatives against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • breach of these Terms;
  • unlawful conduct;
  • infringement of third-party rights;
  • User Content submitted by the Member;
  • misuse of the Platform.

19. Changes to the Platform

19.1 Continuous Development

Tennis Network continuously develops and improves the Platform.

Accordingly, Tennis Network may at any time:

  • introduce new features;
  • modify existing services;
  • discontinue functionalities;
  • change Membership categories;
  • redesign the Platform;
  • improve verification procedures.

19.2 No Guarantee of Permanent Features

Members acknowledge that access to a particular functionality does not create a permanent right to that functionality.

The Platform will evolve over time according to operational, commercial and technological requirements.

20. Amendments to these Terms

20.1 Right to Amend

Tennis Network reserves the right to amend these Terms whenever reasonably necessary.

Updated versions shall be published on the Platform together with their effective date.

20.2 Continued Use

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

Where legally required, Tennis Network may request renewed acceptance before continued access is granted.

21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

21.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.

21.2 Amicable Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Members agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably by contacting Tennis Network.

21.3 Competent Courts

Subject to mandatory legal provisions granting jurisdiction elsewhere, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.

FINAL PROVISIONS Entire Agreement These Terms, together with all policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between Tennis Network and the Member regarding access to and use of the Platform.

Severability If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver Failure by Tennis Network to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other right.

Assignment Members may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without Tennis Network's prior written consent.

Tennis Network may assign or transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring or sale of assets.

Language These Terms are drafted in the English language, which shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translated version made available for convenience.
